This articles introduce the project ENCODE. If the genome project was a project that mapped the human genes, ENCODE is about interpreting it. For example through this interpretation, the doctor in the found out that he has a risk for type 2 diabetes and began to prepared for that risk. However, there's also a problem with this because it doesn't always mean that people will develop in to a certain condition because of the fact he/she has a genetic link to it.
